Tubelord: I found these guys using music-map.com. I see why they are close to Faraquet, Meet Me In St. Louis, and Blakfish. I like songs like Propeller and Obstacles. They are cool in many ways. They are also not as frenetic as other bands I think fit that genre in my head. Which is nice for that "patterns over patterns" thing.
That said, and I'm being too harsh when I say this, sometimes there is that whiny Indie sound that takes away from the mood. I do enjoy listening to them sometimes. And I hate to say they are probably the first band I've come across that fits squarely in that genre in my head that I don't absolutely love.
